Returns & Fitment Guarantee

Every part on LUSKI is listed with guaranteed fitment for specific chassis codes. If a part doesn't fit the vehicle it was listed for, we cover return shipping and issue a full refund or exchange. No questions asked.
Fitment Guarantee
Our fitment guarantee applies when:
- You purchased a part listed for your specific chassis code (e.g. BMW M3 G80)
- Your vehicle matches the listed year, make, model, and chassis generation
- The part is in unmodified, uninstalled condition
- You contact us within 14 days of receiving the order
The guarantee does not apply if:
- You selected the wrong chassis code at checkout
- The part has been painted, drilled, modified, or installed
- The claim is made more than 14 days after delivery
Standard Returns
Outside of fitment issues, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unmodified parts in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
How to Start a Return
Refund Timeframes
- Credit/debit card: 3–5 business days after refund issued
- Afterpay/Zip: up to 5 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in fitment guarantee cases
