1. Who We Are
LUSKI Collection operates luskicollection.com, an online retailer of aftermarket cosmetic car parts. "LUSKI", "we", "us", and "our" refer to LUSKI Collection.
2. Products & Fitment
All products are listed with specific vehicle fitment (year, make, model, chassis code). It is your responsibility to verify your vehicle matches the listed fitment before purchasing. We offer a fitment guarantee — see our Returns & Fitment Guarantee policy for details.
Product images are representative. Minor variation in colour may occur due to screen calibration. Parts are supplied unfinished (primed) unless otherwise stated and require professional painting to match your vehicle's colour.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in NZD/AUD/USD as displayed on the site
- Prices include GST where applicable and displayed
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before fulfilment
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
- Split payment (buy now, pay later) is subject to third-party provider terms
4. Orders & Fulfilment
An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund issued.
Estimated dispatch times are stated at checkout. LUSKI is not liable for carrier delays once your order has been dispatched.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on luskicollection.com — including the LUSKI name, logo, photography, copy, and site design — is owned by LUSKI Collection and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.
6. User-Generated Content
By submitting photos or reviews, you grant LUSKI a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content for marketing purposes. We will credit you where possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
LUSKI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the price paid for the product in question.
Aftermarket cosmetic modifications do not affect your vehicle manufacturer's powertrain warranty. However, modifications may affect your vehicle's compliance certification in certain jurisdictions — it is your responsibility to verify local regulations.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in New Zealand courts.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
